Carota BoysA group of childhood friends, raised together through sport, laughter and a shared passion for Jannik Sinner. A joke in the stands became a community that experiences tennis with heart, irony and unmistakable orange energy.
Before the name · The origin
It all began with a detail: during a changeover in Vienna, Jannik bites into a carrot as a snack. That gesture stuck with us and, a few years later, became a costume, a name and a new way to support him.
May 2023 · The costume, for fun
At the Internazionali BNL d’Italia we arrived dressed as carrots for fun, determined to support Jannik in our own way. The cameras found us, the images spread on social media and that day the Carota Boys were officially — and entirely accidentally — born.
Summer 2023 · The turning point
Lavazza noticed us and took us on a journey from Roland Garros to Wimbledon, the US Open and the ATP Finals. Spontaneous support became a story followed tournament after tournament.
November 2023 · ATP Finals
In Turin we met Jannik in person for the first time. It was one of those moments that make everything that, just a few months earlier, had been a joke among friends, feel real.
2024–2025 · Support becomes an experience
Live events capable of bringing together hundreds and thousands of fans are born, alongside original formats such as Couch Tennis and a concrete commitment to the Cicetekelo Youth Project in Zambia.
2025–2026 · Travelling together
At first, only us Carota Boys travelled to follow Jannik at tournaments around the world. Then we opened those trips to the community: New York, Melbourne and Madrid became experiences to live together, between tennis, new cities and the same shared passion.
Today · The same spirit
We follow Italian tennis around the world, create events and collaborations, travel with the community and support social projects. Places and projects change; the friendship from which it all began remains.
